PRODUCTS DETAILS
PE coated paper roll production process:
1. RAW PAPER-We will purchase raw materials according to the customer's requirements for paper. The customer only needs to tell us the gram weight and width of the paper needed. We also have many brands of raw paper.
2. PE COATING-When we get raw paper, will begin coating PE according to customer's requirement of PE weight. Single PE or Double PE all can do, usually one day can produce 200 tons.
3. PE&PAPER COMBINATION-The process of coating is to heat the PE to cover the surface of the paper, then PE & paper will combination.
4. PACKAGING-After the coating PE is finished, the workers will weigh the PE coated paper roll, and then pack it with thick brown paper, and pack it with plastic film to reinforce the package.
5. FINISHED PRODUCT-After the production of the PE coated paper roll is completed, we will label the roll of paper. Finally, we just need to wait for the container to arrive at our factory for loading, when load roll can with pallets, all according to customers' requirement.

It can hold 8000tons raw paper. We have 3 intelligent high-speed laminating machines, 2 cross-cutting machines, 4 printing machines, 2 slitting machines and 6 die-cutting machines. It has formed a complete production chain which is from food-grade base paper to paper-plastic compounding, printing, slitting, cross-cutting and die-cutting, etc. During the producing process, everyone need to wear the non-dust mat to enter the workshop, then sanitize their hands with alcohol. We have rigorous operating method, perfect and unified process, to produce all kinds of high quality paper products.
We mainly produce single- and double-sided coated paper, gold and silver foil coated paper, printing and packaging coils, disposable paper cups, paper bowls, semi-finished products of catering boxes, finished products and other high value-added eco-friendly paper products. And our annual production capacity can reach more than 50,000 tons. All the production lines of the company have reached the national quality management system certification, and a number of technological innovations have obtained national patents..

At present, there are 106 employees in the production workshop of our factory. Henan Jianwei's production team has 6 departments, namely laminating department, flexo printing department, die-cutting department, slitting department, flat-cutting department, offset printing and die-cutting department, among which 3 high-speed laminating machines can be production capacity is 200 tons, and the production is operated by 16 workers. There are 15 employees in the printing process, two high-speed five-color printing machines and one high-speed six-color printing machine, which can print at least 200 tons of cup pieces per day; the die-cutting department of our factory is in charge of 15 employees, and produces paper cup fan in every day sheet100 tons.

PE COATED PAPER ROLL PACKAGING
We pack rolls with thick brown paper, and pack it with plastic film to reinforce the package. If you have any requirement of package all can tell us, we can do that for you. We also can load rolls with pallets, usually one 40HQ container can be hold about 28 tons.
PAPER CUP BOTTOM ROLL PACKAGING
Our factory package bottom roll like pictures, one roll one package, then beat them on the pallet with a packing tape, very safety package for paper cup bottom.
PE COATED PAPER SHEET PACKAGING
Usually if book 40HQ container, we will package paper sheet high is 2.3meter with pallet, if book 20GP container, will package paper sheet high is 2m with pallet. Or you want other packaging we all can do as your requirement.
